7 days.

Breakfast: bowl of lucky charms, cup skim milk, 1 coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch:
Dinner:

Loss of appetite is more than I had expected. I had to force myself to eat my very small bowl of cereal this morning, and having a banana with it was just out of the question. I have lunch with me and despite having been running around all morning I am not the least bit hungry. I keep forcing myself to nibble on dried cranberries but I just don't feel right.

As far as I remember, I've only peed once today, took pill at 6am.

Weight was 288.5 immediately after waking, no bowel movement. I'm finding it extremely difficult to show excitement at this progress.

8 days.

Breakfast: cheerios, skim milk, banana.
Lunch: dried cranberries for snack.
Dinner: 2 plates of spaghetti and meatballs, half a cookie.

Went to the BW gym last night. Half hour on the elliptical kicked my ass. Hopefully I'll have time to go again today. Miss Callie is going to be my workout buddy on the days we both have off!

Made a blueberry and banana smoothie after the gym last night with a splash of milk and a squirt of honey... amaaaazing! Must keep that in mind.

Took my first Diamox last night, the tingling in my hands was intolerable.

current: 290, BMI 42.8

10% = 29 pounds, 261 BMI 38.5 CLASS 3
15% = 44 pounds, 246 BMI 36.3 CLASS 2
20% = 58 pounds, 232 BMI 34.3 CLASS 1
31% = 90 pounds, 200 BMI 29.5 OVERWEIGHT

So there it is, these are your options:
1. Diamox forever, or
2. Lose 90 pounds and be cured.
