Weighed myself late Monday, down to 292! Lost half a pound since Saturday's weigh-in. Dear self, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE DOING IT! But don't stop :)
Breakfast: egg sandwich with cheese and 1 cut up hot dog on wheat
Lunch: grilled cheese on wheat, handful of nacho cheese doritos
Dinner: fajitas, rice and beans, lettuce sour cream and guac (los portales), medium mallow shake.
Waist: 45
Hips: 56.5
L arm: 17.5
R arm: 17.5
4 hours of standing/walking while training at BW. Legs felt good, no more pains or soreness from last night.
4318 steps in 43 minutes. Legs felt phenomenal! No pains or soreness, wore pink NB shoes (re-laced). Changed the route a little to make it a tiny bit longer... no weakness or tiredness except normal feeling in my feet.
Goal for tomorrow: do this again!! Maybe 4500 steps before work.
