I was thinking I would save my weigh-in for Tuesday, or at least a weekly wrap-up on Monday but I cheated last night. I couldn't fight the curiosity, and despite just having had dinner I stepped on the scale... just cuz.
292.5!!
Five days, five pounds. And that was even though I just ate/hadn't pooped. So yay me! Small victories :) This morning I woke up remembering my good fortune, I touched a few places to see the fruits of my labor. It's most likely just my imagination that I think things feel different, the truth is I have a long way to go.
Breakfast: vanilla cereal, skim milk, banana
Lunch: 4 enchiladas, apple, string cheese
Dinner: 1.5 bowls of chicken tortilla soup with chips and cheese (I was naughty).
Goal: 3k steps at work, at least a 3k walk later.
4647 steps at work. Due to exhaustion and the weather, no workout last night. I am exhausted beyond belief, went to be around 9pm last night and I'm still tired. I also understand why people become Tylenol addicts. I woke up this morning very sore, it has subsided but I'm struggling to wake up.
