40 days.

Day 2 C25k

Weighed in this morning at 297, down .5 pound from earlier this week!

34 minutes walking, 3100 steps. Changed to Adidas shoes. Almost immediately into the walk, outside of calves were burning very badly. Had to make many stops to stretch. Note to self: dance for 15 minutes before walk. Not much soreness for the rest of the day.

Goal: do this again tomorrow.

Breakfast: vanilla cereal, organic banana.
Lunch: none, still full from breakfast.
Dinner: 1 enchilada, 4 pieces of pizza.

I skipped lunch due to time constraints, by 5pm I was starving. Had an enchilada after work/before dinner - BIG MISTAKE. I really needed to eat, but I should have done it at lunch and not right before dinner. I had less pizza than normal, I don't feel stuffed, but I should have stopped at the 2nd piece.
