Day 3.
3010 steps, 30 minutes walking. Danced for 5 minutes before, helped loads but calves still sore mid-walk. Forgot to take tylenol/vitamin before walk, my bad.
Breakfast: 1 bowl raisin bran, did not eat it all. Hungry when I woke, but I was satisfied before I finished breakfast.
Lunch: ate at Chili's, had 2 salads with bleu cheese dressing and 1 bowl of enchilada soup, handful of chips with salsa.
Dinner: 2 enchiladas, 1 serving rice.
