When we started this adventure, it was just about 50 days and it felt a lifetime away. Now at 35 I'm panicking that I won't have enough time. I'm also concerned how I'll hold up in these conditions, I feel worn out.
Breakfast: vanilla cereal, skim milk, banana
Lunch: chicken tortilla soup, cucumber, string cheese.
Dinner: currently undecided
Goal for today: take it easy at work, don't fall asleep. I'll reassess in the afternoon.
I ordered Proactiv on Saturday and I'm expecting it today or tomorrow. It's part of my get skinnier-better-healthier campaign. I feel better about everything when little details like my skin and nails are nice.
2941 steps in about 31 minutes, left ankle was getting shooting pains all during the walk and for the rest of the night... had to use an ace bandage. Left outside calf around ankle was very sore almost immediately into the walk.
