Friday
-No breakfast
-China buffet for lunch, but I did my best at editing my options!
-Half a buffalo chicken salad for dinner with a blueberry pomegranate margarita and half of a brownie ice cream dessert.
No time for exercise, my bad. Plus, I needed a day off after 5 hours solid of being on my feet.
Saturday
Breakfast: lucky charms with 2% milk, banana
Lunch: the rest of my buffalo chicken salad from yesterday, diet coke, string cheese for a snack.
Dinner: 2 leftover slices of buffalo chicken pizza, ear of corn, small nibble from a frosted sugar cookie.
I read somewhere that you should decide how much you want to eat before you start eating. I like this idea, but it worries me.
1175 steps at work, 3405 steps after dinner. Legs begin to hurt much later in the walk and with less intensity. Only paused a couple of times to stretch. Encouraged by progress, would like to increase duration/distance next week. Goal: 5000 steps.
Goal for tomorrow: do this again.
