Day one in preparation for Couch To 5k.
About 50 minutes walking, 4171 steps. Jogged for about a minute.
Need to break in shoes, right calf was almost immediately sore and at the end of walk developed a scab behind right ankle.
Goal: begin Couch To 5k next week, get to 10,000 steps comfortably before then.
Breakfast: bowl of vanilla cereal, 1 banana
Lunch: Los Portales, chicken chimi lunch
Dinner: 4 enchiladas, 1 serving rice, small scoop of ice cream.

Hips: 57
L arm: 18
R arm: 16.5
